Had such a positive experience purchasing my first ever brand new vehicle. My car salesmen Jared really outdid my expectations. I have a spouse currently deployed and am basically a full time working mom to a toddler. That being said I have very limited free time, Jared was able to do most of the process via text which worked best for me. Everything got handled in such a timely matter and on my schedule. I never felt any pressure and when I was ready I came in to a quick process. I’d say I was in and out within a half an hour. Jared even delivered my car to my house as I kept my current car and obviously can’t drive both. If you’re in the market for a car and looking for someone that actually cares I could not recommend him enough! Thank you again cherry hill vw.

Sales and service here are great. We had a horrible sales experience at Piazza. They were impolite, antagonistic, and not transparent about the proposed deal. Went over to cherry hill instead and they were the exact opposite.
A few years later we had a weird service problem. The details of that situation are boring and irrelevant except to say that cherry hill went to bat for us with big VW to get warranty work authorized even though we were out of warranty. Huuuuge shout-out to Matt in the service department for helping us through that issue. I would be their customer for life over that, but we're moving out of the region.
