Exceptional service. The gas sensor flag tripped on my 9 month old heat pump. The tech pre-ordered the part and came the next day. He confirmed the gas sensor needed to be replaced but the part was being shipped from the East coast and wouldn't be available until Monday (4 days later with 100 degrees predicted for Sunday). He said he couldn't guarantee anything but he'd do his best to find a replacement sensor sooner. He was definitely a good guy but I didn't expect to see him until Monday. However, he returned that same day and fixed the problem. Slept much better that night and that weekend.

Technician Kevin was great. Price seemed a bit overpriced however they did respond the day of service request which we were grateful . ($200 diagnostic fee, $200 part, plus tax)
