Number 1 thats not true I have had my AC worked on every time by All American Heating and AC and they have never once ripped me off they was nice honest trustworthy people u sir sound like your the one thats not trustworthy here I been using this company well over 14 years so u must not paid are tried to get something for nothing that's the way it usually goes when someone is telling complete lies on a company down grading a company that's does very damn good honest work u sir need to start paying your bills stop trying to get stuff done for free are for nothing u sound like u need to be honest cause right now your not

My AC went out late into the afternoon on one of the hottest, most humid days we’ve had in Cleveland this year. First off, let me say the owners Tommy and Teresa are the best. I called and Teresa answered right away. She was kind and reassured me my AC would be fixed that very same day. Within just a couple short hours Tommy showed up at my door. He looked over the whole system, explained exactly what was wrong in an easy way for me to understand, but ended up having to run back out for a part. A big storm rolled through after he left so I figured he’d just reschedule for the next day.. But no! He came back that same evening to finish the job and did so efficiently. The level of care and effort by this business was just unbelievable. In the heat like we've had, they could’ve easily pushed me to buy a new unit, but instead they fixed what I had, gave me tips to keep it running longer, and treated me with complete honesty and care. I can’t say enough about this company. Tommy and Teresa truly care about their customers, and it shows. Don’t waste your time calling around, this is hands down the best heating and AC company in Cleveland.

All American was dispatched to my home under my home warranty for a non-working AC. The dispatch was supposed to be priority but my HW company did not mark it as priority. One call to All American and they had 2 techs at my house at 7pm. After replacing the capacitor, discharging freon from it being overfilled previously, and reattaching the fan blade to the motor we were good as new. The owner called to follow up with me the next morning to make sure we were taken care of and will be following up in a few more days to decide if we need to replace the unit.
The quick response, the care to follow up, and the efficient repairs blew me away. I'll be back for my replacement and maintenance!
